Adding Phones in the Client Portal

Use the Client Portal for the following:

  • Change the extension on a phone
  • Put a phone in pending
  • Change phone overrides
  • Add a new phone
Delete

Access the Phones tab in the Client Portal 

You can find phone configuration settings in the Client Portal, click the Phones tabs, then click the pencil icon (edit) of the phone you want to modify. 

Change the extension on a phone

Set phone as Pending 

Add Overrides 

Add new phone
