How to Enable Voicemail Transcription

Access: Client Portal > Basic/My Account view > Messages Tab.

Voicemail transcriptions are included for your convenience.  

Feature Notes 

  • The clarity and language of the person speaking will directly affect the accuracy of the written transcription. 
  • If the transcription seems to be jumbled, you can always access voicemail recordings included in your email notification.
  • A maximum of 60 seconds will be included in voicemail transcriptions.
 
 

HOW TO ENABLE VOICEMAIL TRANSCRIPTION 

You must be in the “My Account" view to access the Messages tab.
