Drag-and-drop Call Transfer in Attendant Console
The Attendant Console allows for a simple and convenient way to transfer calls right from your desktop!
After answering an incoming call, you can drag the call to a contact or call queue. It will then give you the option to transfer the call or to send them straight to the recipient's voicemail.
