Update your Client Portal Credentials

Before you can get started exploring all the features the Client Portal offers, you need to create a password. You will receive a welcome email that contains a link prompting you to complete your account setup by creating your password and voicemail PIN.

Update your Client Portal Credentials 

  1. After following the link you can enter a new password, confirm your password, and create a voicemail PIN.
  2. Click Save when you're done. 

Credential Requirments 

New User Credentials
Please set a new password and voicemail PIN. 

User Login 
Your user login is your extension number at your organization (also to referred to as domain name). 
101@company.com 

New Password
Minimum length of 8 characters, minimum of 1 capital letter(s), minimum. 

Voicemail PIN
Minimum length of 4 characters.

Email Address 
Email addresses are connected to your voicemails and are on file in case the Support Team at net2phone Canada may need to contact you. You can add multiple email addresses if you need voicemails to go to different inboxes.
