Voicemail Options for Desk-Phone-Only

We always recommend enabling voicemail-to-email, full recordings are sent as .wav files.

How to access voicemail options when a customer does not have voicemail-to-email (unified messaging) enabled.

Each user will have a unique voicemail PIN. If there are multiple users attached to the same base, users must dial *99 and enter their extension number before their voicemail PIN (step 2). 

 
  1. Dial *98 from your phone to enter the Voicemail Prompt.
  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Voicemail Options:
    1. New Messages
    2. Old Messages
    3. Set up Call Forward
    4. Set current Option
    5. Change Greetings
    6. Recover Deleted Voicemail
  4. Options after listening to Voicemail:
    1. Save Message
    2. Repeat the message
    3. Forward the message
    4. Delete the message
    5. Go to next message
    6. Reply to the message
  5. Press pound (#) to Finish.

Delete Voicemails after Listening!

Voicemail recording space is 50MB per user. That's about 1 hour and 45 minutes of voicemail recordings that can be stored per user. 

35 full-length (3-minute) voicemails will fill a user's inbox.
