Extension not Listed in Attendant Console

When a client is reporting that an extension on their domain doesn't appear in the Attendant Console follow the steps below. 

Delete

Only office managers and call center supervisors can add extensions to the Attendant Console.

  1. Look up the extension in the Users tab.
  2. Open the Profile tab. 
  3. Make sure the "List In Directory" check box is enabled in Directory Options. 
  4. Verify extension in question is now visible by relaunching the Attendant Console.
