Once you log in you’ll be greeted by the home page. 

  1. Click Device Management on the left side. 
  2. After the Device Management page loads, click the Check Device button in the top right corner. 
  3. On the Check Device popup, enter the MAC address you’d like to check and click confirm. It will then provide you with a search result.

Search Results

Bind - The device is associated with our server and has hit RPS. 

Unbound - The device is associated with our server but has not hit RPS yet. 

This device belongs to another enterprise - The device is most likely still in the previous provider's RPS server.
