Once you log in you’ll be greeted by the home page.
- Click Device Management on the left side.
- After the Device Management page loads, click the Check Device button in the top right corner.
- On the Check Device popup, enter the MAC address you’d like to check and click confirm. It will then provide you with a search result.
Search Results
Bind - The device is associated with our server and has hit RPS.
Unbound - The device is associated with our server but has not hit RPS yet.
This device belongs to another enterprise - The device is most likely still in the previous provider's RPS server.
